Job Description
Greytrix India Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining positive relationships, and overseeing the CRM system to ensure effective use and training of team members.
The ideal candidate will analyze customer data to identify trends, design loyalty programs, and monitor key CRM metrics to improve customer satisfaction. You will provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹350,00.00 per year
Experience: 1 year in customer relationship management (Preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
