Job Description
BandEdge Talent Agency is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will expertly manage the CRM database, conduct both inbound and outbound calls, and collaborate closely with our sales team to generate valuable leads. Your analytical expertise will play a key role in extracting insights from customer data, which will ensure prompt follow-ups with clients and maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: Prior telecalling experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
