Job Description
We are currently looking for a meticulous and organized CRM Assistant to enhance our email and SMS marketing initiatives at Pattern. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of CRM tools, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to generate insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns
- Create and design email templates using drag-and-drop editors
- Ensure email designs adhere to brand standards
- Review and perform quality assurance checks on email campaigns
- Provide client support and generate basic reporting
Qualifications:
