Job Description
Adissia Developers is on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Presales Executive to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and aiding the sales team in transforming leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Follow up with potential clients to arrange site visits.
- Provide comprehensive project information and maintain lead databases.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and pre-sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Real Estate or Marketing).
- 1-4 years of experience in presales or customer support.
