Job Description
One Point One Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to manage inbound calls and support the sales conversion process. This role centers on customer engagement, needs assessment, and closing opportunities via phone.

- Minimum qualification: HSC completed
- Experience: At least 3 months in a BPO environment
