Job Description
AM MOBIKES is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers with inquiries or issues regarding our products and services. Your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, addressing customer questions, and processing payments or returns.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹10,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month, along with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid time off. Full-time position requires availability for day shifts and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of customer service experience are preferred.
