Job Description
Amplifon is seeking a Country Call Center Operator proficient in English and Hindi, with Punjabi or Gujarati as a core language. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in outbound calling.
Your responsibilities will include making calls, following up with clients, and coordinating with the field team. Daily targets involve at least 150 calls with 80 connections.
