Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed history-taking and patient assessments.
- Provide counseling to patients and their families on IVF benefits and management options.
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and quality standards.
- Guide patients through consent processes for treatments.
- Focus on patient conversion and the smooth operation of the outpatient department (OPD).
Job Type: Full-time | Location: In-person
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of counseling experience, proficiency in Marathi.
