Job Description
IPCS Global in Annanagar West, Chennai is seeking a Counsellor. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as Tele callers, Academic Counselors, or Student Counselors in Training Academies or Overseas Education Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Explain training programs to students and professionals.
- Manage customer relations and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Generate leads through cold calls.
- Conduct follow-ups on enquiries and fee collections.
- Maintain ERP records and update sales figures.
Requirements:
- Tele-calling and marketing skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Female candidates aged 21 to 35 preferred.
