Job Description
We seek a full-time Counselor and Social Worker to deliver student counseling and social support. Key duties include career and relocation counseling, guidance on training and goals, motivating attendance, early identification of dropout risks, behavioral and psychological assessment, maintaining session confidentiality, conducting awareness workshops, supporting vulnerable students, record-keeping, coordinating with trainers and managers, and occasional home visits.
- Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work (Counseling) or Psychology; 1–3 years of counseling experience.
- Skills: empathy, active listening, confidentiality, strong communication, field readiness, problem-solving, MS Office, and report writing.
- Compensation: ₹250,00–₹350,00/month plus benefits (health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick leave, provident fund). On-site position.
