Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Corporate Territory Manager for our Digital Banking Sales team. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive Sales Channel, overseeing Team Leaders and Sales Executives. Key responsibilities include recruitment, training, retention, and mentoring of sales teams while managing leads in the designated area. You will be responsible for ensuring daily productivity of acquisition managers and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, hold an MBA or a graduate degree, and have a minimum of 4 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in team management.
