Job Description
J. Sagar Associates (JSA) is inviting applications for the role of Corporate Secretary. We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. Ideal applicants will have a strong track record in respected law firms, Big Four firms, or leading Company Secretary firms. A thorough understanding of the Companies Act and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) is crucial for this position.
This role is based in Gurugram and will primarily focus on our General Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice area.
