Job Description
THE CAREER LINE is seeking a Corporate Legal Executive to oversee contract management, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while providing internal legal advice. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing various legal agreements.
- Supporting corporate compliance and regulatory affairs.
- Coordinating litigation matters and assisting in legal disputes.
- Facilitating corporate governance and preparing documentation for Board meetings.
- Managing intellectual property filings and monitoring for infringements.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between ₹30,00.00 and ₹45,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund. This role requires in-person attendance.
Requirements
