Job Description
Chambers of Prakkash Rohira is seeking a full-time corporate lawyer based in Bandra West, Mumbai. This in-office role requires a minimum 12-month commitment. Candidates must be Mumbai residents and able to commute to the Bandra West office.
- Prepare and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts (MOUs, term sheets, SPAs, SHAs) and real estate documents (sale deeds, leave & license, conveyance, development agreements).
- Company Secretary (CS) exposure is advantageous.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Not an internship, part-time, or remote position.
- Salary: ₹25,00–₹75,00/month. Fluent English required.
