Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to manage lifecycle events for equities and fixed-income instruments. Responsibilities include processing corporate actions, ensuring timely settlements and reconciliations, liaising with custodians and internal teams, monitoring entitlements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The role involves analyzing complex event scenarios, meeting deadlines, and supporting process improvements.
- Minimum 2 years in securities operations or corporate actions
- Advanced Excel and strong knowledge of market conventions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SWIFT, DTCC, or local clearing systems preferred
