Job Description
Fairfield by Marriott Coimbatore seeks a dedicated Cook to prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation (portioning, chopping, weighing), operating kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, grills, fryers), preparing cold dishes, portioning and plating, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety. The role requires monitoring food quality and temperatures, setting up and breaking down workstations, and following company safety and security procedures.

- Preferred: High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year related experience
