Job Description
Please note that this is not a part-time or temporary position. A commitment of at least one year is required.
Job Description:
– Draft real estate documents such as Sale Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, and Development Agreements.
– Draft commercial contracts including MOUs, Term Sheets, and Share Purchase Agreements.
– Conduct IGR Searches, CERSAI Searches, and document vetting.
This position is intended for experienced professionals located in Mumbai, offering a long-term full-time role at our Santacruz W. office. Candidates must be available for onsite work.
