Job Description
Bombay Surgical Co is seeking a skilled Continental DCDP to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must possess experience in Continental cuisine and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining high hygiene standards, managing inventory, assisting in menu planning and costing, and ensuring adequate supplies at cooking stations.
Other important duties include providing innovative menu ideas, ordering food as required by the head chef, accurately costing dishes, controlling production to minimize waste, and allocating the duty schedule of junior kitchen staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
