Job Description
Reports to: Executive Chef / Sous Chef
Job Summary: The Continental Chef prepares and presents a variety of continental dishes, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This position is ideal for culinary professionals seeking growth within a structured kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and portioning
- Collaborate closely with senior chefs to support menu execution
Requirements:
- Basic culinary education or equivalent experience
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Salary: ₹12,00–₹25,00 per month. Benefits: Flexible scheduling and meals provided.
