Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Continental Cuisine to join our culinary team. In this role, you will lead the preparation and presentation of exceptional Continental dishes while supervising junior kitchen staff to uphold our high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare Continental dishes according to the menu.
• Supervise kitchen assistants and commis chefs.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Implement portion control and manage stock rotation efficiently.
• Contribute to the development of new recipes.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Continental cuisine, along with strong culinary and leadership skills.

Compensation: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month | Benefits: Meals provided, Provident Fund.
