Job Description

WissenPro is looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Process Associate to join our team. The role involves reviewing and moderating content on major platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.

Key responsibilities include moderating content, documenting issues, maintaining accurate reports, and adapting to rotating shifts.

Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of experience, a graduate degree or higher, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Compensation is competitive, at up to ₹380,00.00 per year, with benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses.

Work will be conducted in-person with a rotational shift schedule.
