Job Description

WissenPro is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Process Associate to join our dynamic team as a Content Moderator. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content across major platforms to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

Responsibilities include documenting content issues, maintaining reporting accuracy, and adapting to rotating shifts. Candidates should possess a graduate degree and have at least one year of relevant experience, along with strong written communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
