ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The Ecommerce team at The Knot Worldwide in India is looking for a motivated Consumer Experience Representative to manage invitation envelope orders with daily productivity and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete envelope orders within 24 hours.
- Edit/update orders based on customer feedback.
- Send proofs of completed orders to customers.
- Ensure quality control of orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Relevant degree from a recognized institution.
