Job Description
We are seeking a Team Member in Legal at Kotak Mahindra to handle various responsibilities in Lending and Mortgage, including Title Investigation, Due Diligence, and document scrutiny related to lending activities. The ideal candidate should possess 5-8 years of experience, excel in communication, and have strong analytical skills, particularly in Banking & Financial Services.
Your role will involve drafting agreements, managing contracts, and liaising between legal teams and stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in recovery matters and legal opinions for NPA and default accounts.
