Job Description
We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead our front desk concierge team and ensure outstanding guest service and efficient daily operations. Duties include supervising and training concierge staff; coordinating guest requests and transportation; managing shift schedules; liaising with housekeeping and security; maintaining accurate logs; and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
