Job Description
Leap HR is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will take charge of statutory registrations and act as a liaison with government authorities regarding the Provident Fund, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Professional Tax, MLWF, and the Contract Labour Act.
Your key responsibilities will include determining the applicability of statutory regulations, accurately preparing PF/ESI/PT challans, and ensuring timely submissions. In addition, you will address employee inquiries and prepare all necessary returns.
