Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison with regulatory exchanges.
- Manage inspections conducted by exchanges, depositories, and SEBI.
- Conduct internal audits related to depositories and exchanges.
- Prepare and submit enhanced supervision data alongside periodic filings.
- Obtain regulatory approvals for advertisements.
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of KYC regulations.
- Address and resolve investor complaints while conducting controls testing.
- Evaluate new regulatory guidelines and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) and status reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in compliance and engaging with regulators.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
