Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Compliance Executive to manage statutory labour compliance, including EPF and ESI administration, TIC generation, UAN/ESI enrollments, and timely monthly challan filings. This full-time, permanent, in-person role supports accurate filings and compliance across key Indian labour laws.
- Experience: 1–3 years in labour/statutory compliance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Skills: strong documentation, MS Excel/Word proficiency, clear communication
- Responsibilities: assist internal teams and report to senior compliance staff
- Compensation & benefits: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month; health insurance, paid sick leave, provident fund
Requirements

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
