Job Description

ScopeHR Services is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to report to the chairman and liaise with board members. Responsibilities include preparing agendas for board meetings, taking minutes, and providing strategic advice. Candidates should hold a Company Secretary degree and possess at least 6 months of experience.
