Job Description
PANKAJ CHANDNA & CO. is seeking an experienced Company Secretary with 2 to 4 years of experience in secretarial responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Candidates must have a good understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and other compliance regulations. Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS will be an added advantage.
