Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Company Secretary (CS) to join our enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate should have a fundamental knowledge of accounting principles to support financial documentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for board meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure adherence to the Companies Act of 2013.
- Record financial transactions using Tally and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance team for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Qualified Company Secretary (Fresher).
- Familiarity with accounting software and practices.
Salary: ₹40,00.00 – ₹65,00.00 per month. Location: Delhi, in-person.
