Job Description

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai | Experience: 8+ years PQE

Company: IBDIC Private Limited — a consortium of 18 Indian banks developing digital infrastructure for economic growth using blockchain and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secretarial processes and corporate governance frameworks.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance; prepare Board and committee meeting agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits and liaise with regulators and stakeholders.

Requirements: Qualified Company Secretary and lawyer with at least 8 years post-qualification experience in legal and secretarial roles.

Compensation & Benefits: Up to ₹70,00/month; health insurance. Role is in-person.
