Job Description
Finergy Transport Finance Limited is seeking a full-time Company Secretary, either freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Drafting of agreements
- Liaison with RTA, ROC, and RBI
- Knowledge of RBI compliances and updates on RBI circulations
- Handling of securities issuance
