Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary to manage corporate compliance and statutory filings across multiple clients. Key responsibilities include:
- ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR/INC/PAS), LLP filings and event-based filings
- Company incorporations, share transactions and maintenance of statutory registers
- Preparation of board and AGM notices, agendas and minutes
CS (ICSI) with ACS required; FCS preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate law knowledge, multi-client compliance experience, excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Full-time onsite position. Salary: ₹32,00–₹40,00/month. Flexible schedule.
