Job Description

KHIVRAJ MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is currently seeking a highly experienced Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. In this vital role, you will ensure full compliance with Corporate Laws and implement exemplary corporate governance practices.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing meeting notices and agendas, maintaining statutory registers, drafting resolutions, and ensuring timely submissions to regulatory authorities such as SEBI and ROC.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of ₹25,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and a provident fund.
