Job Description
Join us at youth4jobs.org as a Community Mobilizer to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through mobilization and career placement. Your role will involve networking with NGOs, identifying and enrolling PwD candidates in training, providing career counseling, and securing job placements in Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations.
You will also offer post-placement support to ensure candidates thrive in their new roles. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in NGO mobilization.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00/month
