Job Description
The Classik Fort Hotel is looking for a skilled Continental Chef to join our esteemed culinary team. In the role of Commis II, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation, cooking, and presentation of a wide array of continental dishes, which include Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Your essential duties will encompass menu planning, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, managing kitchen inventory, and mentoring junior kitchen personnel. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹18,00 per month, along with additional benefits.
