Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our South American restaurant team. You will assist with daily food preparation, sauce creation, grilling, plating, and stock rotation while maintaining HACCP hygiene standards. During service you will support senior chefs and help reduce food waste.
- Prior continental kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Basic culinary training or 1–2 years’ kitchen experience (enthusiastic recent graduates welcome)
- Willingness to learn Latin cuisine, work shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced team
Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹15,00–25,00/month. Benefits include staff meals, provident fund, and hands-on mentorship with growth opportunities.
