Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, fast-paced Kitchen Executive to join our all-day café. This role focuses on operating high-end kitchen equipment, consistent food execution, clean plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene in a high-footfall environment.
This is a chef-less, system-driven kitchen, where training will be provided on all equipment, machines, and new dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food using high-end kitchen equipment as per recipes and SOPs
- Operate kitchen machines confidently after complete training is provided
- Execute dishes with speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak hours
- Follow plating standards and portion control for every dish
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
- Assist in prep work and batch preparation as required
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle fast-moving orders without compromising quality
- Ensure food safety, proper storage, and minimal wastage
- Support end-of-day cleaning and closing duties
Training & Support Provided
- Full training on all kitchen machines and equipment
- Step-by-step training for all menu dishes
- Ongoing guidance for new dishes and menu updates
- Clear SOPs, recipes, and plating references provided
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in cafés, bistros, QSRs, or casual dining kitchens
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Physically fit and able to work long hours on foot
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
