Job Summary: The Commis II plays a vital role in the kitchen, supporting daily operations by preparing mis-en-place and assisting with guest orders.
Established Duties:
- Adhere to the hotel’s mission and values.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene and uniform standards.
- Complete mis-en-place in a timely manner before each shift.
- Prepare daily guest orders and assist in various kitchen functions.
The Commis II is essential to the kitchen team, contributing to daily operational success at Amanora The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Pune.
