Job Description
Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, a breathtaking beachfront property of Accor located in India’s financial capital, is seeking a motivated Commis to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist in preparing meals while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and adherence to our standardized recipes. Key responsibilities include creating visually appealing food presentations, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and supporting the Chef de Partie.
The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills, a commitment to personal hygiene, and a proactive attitude in the kitchen. You will also participate in associate meetings and training sessions to further develop your culinary skills.
