Job Description
Bombay Surgical Co is seeking a full-time Commis Chef to assist senior chefs in preparing Indian and Continental dishes. The position involves rotating through appetizers, entrées, sauces, and desserts to build a well-rounded skill set. Key responsibilities include proper handling and storage of ingredients; learning and performing chopping, sautéing, grilling, and baking techniques; following standardized recipes; assisting with plating and garnishing; maintaining clean, organized workstations; caring for kitchen equipment; and participating in taste tests and quality control. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹30,00 per month. Work location: on-site.
