Job Description
Kiara MicroCredit Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Collections Representative to support and maintain our management information system (MIS). The role involves analyzing business information, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with lending procedures.
The ideal candidate will liaise with data providers, develop MIS policies, and maintain accurate records. You will also engage with customers to negotiate payment plans, manage overdue accounts, and ensure timely recovery of debts.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and a performance bonus. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in recovery are preferred.
