Job Description
Reliance Facilities Management seeks a full-time Collections Assistant to manage service charge collections, owner communications and account maintenance. Duties include advising customers on repayment, following the Service Charges Collection Policy, calling owners for payments, sending reminders, using Mollak software, processing invoices, account adjustments, small write-offs, credit memos, daily bank deposits, issuing receipts, and preparing NOC for unit transfers. Location: on-site. Salary: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Strong communication, accuracy, and customer-service skills required. Drop CV to [email protected].
