Job Description
KK HR Services is actively seeking a committed Collection Process Executive to enhance our team. The primary responsibilities for this role encompass:
- Debt Collection: Reach out to clients regarding overdue payments.
- Negotiation: Develop flexible payment plans with clients.
- Record Keeping: Ensure precise documentation of all communications.
- Reporting: Provide management with regular updates on collection progress.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Legal Compliance: Uphold compliance with relevant debt collection regulations.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include a Provident Fund. The role requires in-person work.
