Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking a motivated Collection Officer to support business growth and manage member relationships effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new members, collecting necessary documentation, performing loan utilization assessments, ensuring timely collection of monthly payments, and maintaining a high portfolio quality.
Your average workload will encompass around 200 customers, conducting organized center meetings, and updating records daily in compliance with the company’s code of conduct.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Compensation: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid sick leave. A willingness to travel (75%) is required.
