Job Description
MAS Associates is hiring a full-time, on-site Collection Executive to contact customers with overdue loan and credit card payments via phone and field visits. Duties include explaining outstanding balances, interest, penalties and repayment options; reminding EMI due dates and facilitating timely payments; maintaining a polite, professional tone; recording call details and payment commitments in the system; coordinating with field collections for difficult cases; and escalating suspected fraud, disputes or non-response to supervisors. The role requires meeting daily and monthly recovery targets, ensuring RBI and bank compliance, and preparing daily and weekly collection reports.
