Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Collection Executive to manage accounts receivable, engage customers, and secure timely payments.
- Key duties: follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with sales and finance teams.
- Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or business, minimum 1 year of collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
