We are seeking a full-time Collection Executive to acquire and retain customers, recover overdue payments, and resolve account inquiries. Responsibilities include contacting customers about outstanding balances, pursuing timely payments, accurately recording transactions, and ensuring consistent follow-up. The role requires delivering professional, customer-focused service by addressing questions, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive client relationships. This on-site position offers a monthly salary of ₹12,085.76–₹19,500.00. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, persistence, and basic finance or collections experience.
