Job Description
Dhana Capital and Finance Limited (NRD Group of Companies) is seeking a Field Collection Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be a male from an NBFC firm.
Responsibilities include collecting overdue payments, monitoring the collection team’s performance, and developing strategies to maximize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role also involves managing a team of collection agents.
Salary is negotiable, ranging from ₹18,00 to ₹20,00 based on experience, and includes benefits such as a yearly bonus and conveyance allowance.
